The San Francisco Hopscotch Contest!

I discovered sidewalk chalk today. Hello? Why did I not think of this earlier? I drew hopscotch on the blacktop leading up to our tent, which was extremely successful in attracting people. They just hopped their way up! Okay, I’ll be honest. It was mainly for my entertainment, but it served a dual purpose. Another thing I forgot to invest in earlier this summer was earplugs. We were smack dab in the middle of the two main stages which was awesome for attracting a crowd, but made it a little difficult to speak over the music. Thankfully, I know sign language.

Mike and I both agreed that there did not seem to be as many people at Warped Tour yesterday as usual, but that didn’t seem to affect our tent. We were super busy!
We were next to some vendor booths that were all very curious about the Polaroid PoGo printer, so we had fun printing off pictures for them. Its hard to believe that after today’s show we only have one more stop. The tour is winding down, but Polaroid PoGo is just getting started! I am excited to see how people use the printer now that the word is out. I know we’ve already seen a lot, but I think the fun has just begun! Feel free to leave us a comment and tell us what you think about the “sick” new mobile printer and how you plan to “Leave Your Mark” with it!

San Francisco Treat!

I don’t think I could ever get tired of Warped Tour.  Being on the road all summer has its stressful points, but every time Megan and I begin to set up the Polaroid PoGo booth before the gates open I get excited.  Today we were placed right in front of both main stage left and main stage right, which was a good spot considering that’s where most of the kids end up as they try to catch a show from one of the more prominent bands on the tour.
A small, chalk hopscotch zone appeared in front of our tent right before gates opened, and yup, you guessed it, kids were “hopscotching” right to the Polaroid PoGo booth to get their free demo and print-off.  As the tour goes on, more and more people comment on how they have already heard about the product and/or have already purchased one..the word is definitely spreading about how awesome this thing really is.
