The Gorge

It’s hard to describe the Gorge venue to someone that hasn’t been there, but all I can say is that it’s going on my list of the coolest places I have ever been. The morning started out slow and we didn’t get our set-up spot until about 9:30, not to mention it was also raining a bit. Everyone seemed to be preparing for another day of rain, but right after we were finished setting up the Polaroid PoGo booth the clouds broke. It ended up being a clear sky for the remainder, and the printer was in full swing.
Today we put the printer to the test over at the mini-ramp where the Vans demo team was tearin’ it up. We snapped a picture of a rider in mid-air, printed it off and gave it to him. He stood confused for a second, but then realized it was a pic of him. His reaction: “Did you JUST print this? SICK!!” After his next run, he stepped off the ramp and showed some of his buddies who had a similar reaction. Does the Polaroid PoGo printer work well with action shots? Sure does!
