Space Needle and Pike’s Place Market!

I was born on the wrong side of the country. Every time I come back to the West Coast, I am reminded of how much I love it. That being said, I was really excited to show Mike the sights of Seattle. We met up with some friends for lunch and then headed to Pike’s Place Market. I had the chance to show a local fruit merchant the Polaroid PoGo printer and give him a print. It was his birthday and you know how I feel about birthdays. I had to make a big deal!

I am also happy to report that Mike and I drew a large crowd at the fish market. I wanted to see some fish being thrown, but apparently for that to happen you have to purchase a fish. I wasn’t about to buy a big old slab of raw fish, so instead I asked fish man to tell me a joke. The crowd stood there as fish man tried to come up with something and when he choked, he offered a picture with some Dungeous Crab. I’m not gonna lie, I was a bit scared that it was still alive. It wasn’t. We printed the picture out and demonstrated for him and the crowd the printer. I think it is safe to say they were impressed.
Today we are driving to the Gorge to set up for tomorrow’s event. There may a campfire by yours truly. Mike promised to sing me some songs if I got a fire going. We’ll see how that pans out! Stay tuned for some great pictures from the Gorge!

Have I mentioned how much I love the West Coast???

Great pics! I love Seattle and all the “stuff” to do there. There’s so much going on year round; but if you’re going to hang around the Market, you have to learn to say Pike Place Market, not Pike’s Place Market.

I am excited about the Poloroid PoGo, and I’m going to buy one. Keep rolling!
