Leave Your Mark

Houston has been a nice stop for us. Mike and I took it easy today, as we have a busy week ahead of us. We took the car to get it all squeaky clean and wandered into downtown Houston where we found some neat landmarks, such as a statue of a woman’s head. I’m not really sure what that was all about, but I mean, not everything necessitates an explanation, right? We got a little taste of Houston seeing a horse drawn carriage downtown. We were tempted to jump out and go for a ride, but somehow managed to contain ourselves. All in all, a good day. Looking forward to tomorrow, now that Mike has cultured me on at least 5 new band names. Until next time….
